Lambeth, LondonBrentor Limited was tasked with a series of updates to a previous conversion. This included renovation and remodelling to all five floors.
Considerations were to ensure all work was sympathetic to the period property and to the joined listed buildings and party walls.

Challenge
Remove debris and waste materials from the terraced property with no rear accessway.
Solution
System of removal by hand through the building. Also, management of permits and bay suspensions to ensure timely and continued skip/waste removal for the duration of the project.
Challenge
Management of surrounding party wall relationships. Rectifying concerns over the work generally and an existing unsatisfactory rainwater discharge situation.
Solution
Continued dialogue and improved wall alignment including a screen barrier. Also, an additional single skin wall continued to improve visual symmetry.
